Water Features
This map shows the observed beaver dams in the headwaters of Morrison Creek. There are likely many more than are shown here. Beaver dams provide many important ecological functions; including water storage for higher summer flows and lower peak flows and pool habitat for a variety of wildlife. The Bevan Water Supply Pipe carries spring water to the townsite for domestic use.
